Teamz Converter is a product of Teamz360 LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our video conversion service.

The key thing to understand is that Teamz Converter is designed to be fundamentally different from cloud-based converters. Your video files are processed locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. Video File Processing

What happens to your videos:

• Your video files are processed entirely within your web browser
• Video data never leaves your device during the conversion process
• We have no technical capability to access your video files
• Once you close the browser tab, all video data is cleared from browser memory
• No video files are stored on any server

Technical explanation:

Teamz Converter uses FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly (Wasm), which runs directly in your browser. The conversion happens using your device's CPU and memory. The only network requests made are to download the FFmpeg core files (which are cached) and to load the website itself.

3. Information We Collect

Your Files (on every page, including the converter):

We never collect, upload, or access the files you convert. All processing happens in your browser, so your videos, audio, and images are never transmitted to our servers. Website analytics (see Section 5) is separate from file processing and never receives your files, filenames, or file contents.

Website Usage Analytics (all pages):

We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This may include:

• Page views and navigation patterns
• Referring websites
• General geographic region (country level)
• Browser and device type

This information helps us understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not track what videos you convert or any details about your conversion activities.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and local storage:

• Theme preference: Stored locally to remember your light/dark mode choice
• FFmpeg cache: Browser caches the FFmpeg core for faster subsequent loads
• Essential cookies: Required for the website to function properly
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to measure aggregate usage (see Section 5). These never access your files.

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site identification.

5. Third-Party Services

Website Analytics (Google Analytics):

We use Google Analytics on our website, including the converter pages, to measure aggregate usage such as page views and referring sites. This is separate from file processing: Google Analytics does not receive your files, filenames, or file contents, and we do not use it to track what you convert.

Advertising (Future - Marketing Pages Only):

In the future, we may display advertisements on marketing pages (NOT on the converter pages) to support the free service. If implemented, ads will be clearly separated from the converter functionality and will not have access to your video files.

6. Contact Form

If you contact us through our contact form, we will receive the information you provide (name, email, message). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

7. Data Security

Since your video files never leave your device, they are protected by your own device's security measures. We implement industry-standard security measures for our website, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all connections
• Security headers to prevent common web attacks
• Regular security updates and monitoring

8. Children's Privacy

Teamz Converter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
